Our photo lab is equipped with the finest photo finishing equipment and we print your pictures on high quality photo paper. On top of this, our technicians will make sure that every photo print turns out just the way you want it by adjusting the color, the brightness and even cropping them if necessary. Come in with your memory device and we will transform your memories into fabulous photos.
Copying photographs and photo files to CD/DVD
Worried about losing your photographs or digital files? We can copy your digital files to CD or DVD. We can even scan your existing photographs, slides and negatives and save these digitized images on a CD or DVD. (also see Bulk Scanning and Shoebox Scanning)
Self-service photo kiosk
If you prefer the convenience of our self-service photo kiosks, come and visit our store where we have digital photo kiosks set up for your convenience. Want to add a creative touch to your pictures, you can easily fix red-eyes, crop and add effects to your pictures before printing them on high quality photo paper.
Corrupt File Recovery
Don’t panic! If you are having difficulties with your memory device, there is hope! When you think your precious memories may be lost come to see us so we can help you recover them.
Photofinishing drop-box
Do you have a busy schedule? Drop off your memory device or film, with instructions, in our drop-box and we'll have your pictures ready for you in no time. Your photographs will be processed with the same quality care and diligence as always.

Reprint from Prints
No negative, no problem! Bring in your photographs and we can make copies of them without having the negative. This isn't a copy service! The reprints will be on high quality photo paper and have the same colour quality as the originals.

Tired of having to bring out the slide projector to view your pictures? We can quickly and easily print your slide collection on high quality photo paper.
Reprint from Negatives
Did you come across negatives that brought back memories? Are you celebrating an anniversary or a special occasion? Bring in your negatives and get a new set of prints.
Large Format Printing
An image is worth a thousand words. We are equipped to produce very large prints. Our Canon ImagePROGRAF can print images up to 44” wide on a wide variety of papers and surfaces are available.
Canvas Prints
Foto Art will produce stretched canvas décor prints of your landscapes, family pictures, portraits, and wedding photos. We use high grade canvas printed with archival pigmented inks, and protected with a pH neutral UV absorbing coating to give you many years of enjoyment.
Canvas is unique as it needs to be stretched over a wooden frame to remove wrinkles. The print is made with a wide border that wraps around the edges of the stretcher frame for back stapling.
Edge Wrapped Canvas Borders
To allow for stretcher frame edge wrapping, we add enough material to cover the edges and to allow back stapling. You can choose to leave the edges blank white, have the edges coloured (either black or to match a colour in the image), or wrap the image around the sides (see edge wrap treatments below).
Edge Wrap Treatments:
A. White Edge Wrap
Blank white canvas will cover the edges and go around the back of the stretcher frame for stapling.
The finished Canvas face will have the image the same size as ordered.
B. Coloured Edge Wrap
Coloured canvas will cover the edges of the stretcher frame. You can instruct us as to what part of the image you would want the coloured edge to match. Black could also be chosen.
The finished Canvas face will have the image the same size as ordered.
C. Continuous Bleed Edge Wrap (Gallery Wrap)
The finished canvas face will have an image that is slightly cropped since some of the image must be devoted to the to the edge wrap.
D. In some cases we can retouch tightly cropped images to extend the background to allow Continuous Bleed Edge wrapping (call for quotation)
Extra image will cover the edge of the stretcher frame.
The finished Canvas face will have the image the same the size as ordered and the stretcher frame wrapped edges will show a mirror image of a portion of the image on the face.
Stretcher frame sizes
Prints on the ¾” inch deep stretcher frame are suitable for inserting in a frame or hanging without a frame.
Prints on the 1¾” deep stretcher frame are meant to be hung without a traditional frame and the finished product is also referred to as a ‘Gallery Wrap’.
Fine Art Reproduction
Foto Art can reproduce prints of your fine art work on a variety of paper and services including watercolour and canvas. Your artwork is re-photographed using a Canon 5D MarkII full frame 21 mp camera and colour-matched to your original when printed. Contact us for more information.
